I will do a different post about 2010-2016, mainly for symptoms because I always had painful periods but in September of 2017 there was another "incident".
The Summer of 2017 was a stressful one. We were building our Elite Swim School business, my dad had hip replacement surgery, some family stuff and then we bought a house. Yes, all this happened in a span of 3 months! It was busy, exciting and pretty crazy. Once swim started to die down, I was able to relax and we were finally able to get our house in order. After our anniversary that year, (yay September 13), I noticed I was late.

Which spun into a new whirlwind of questions:
Could I be pregnant?
Can we afford a baby right now?
How would I go about work?
What do we do?
That was short lived, took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Waited a few days and then, the pain; the pain was not quite as intense as my first memorable flare up, but it was worse than I had in a really long time. There is a gif out there with Drax stabbing something that looks like an organ with a knife....yeah that is how it felt.
I don't want to post it if anyone doesn't want to see bit this is a link to it:

Then, the blood came; came with vengeance, like oh you thought you were pregnant, HAHAHA, joke's on you!
After all this I went to a new gynecologist since I finally had good insurance and could see a dr that I was hoping to be my forever OB/GYN. She took down my symptoms, lots of blood and chalked it up to my high-ish blood sugar levels. Since diabetes runs in the family; she was concerned that I was going to be pre-diabetic soon. What did me and the Mr. do? We went Keto; even though, ultimately that was not my issue I am grateful for going keto and losing 30 lbs! Holla!

Again, I thought it was all stress like before, so I just needed to take a chill pill and relax. I did and the pain did subside a little and some of my normal symptoms seemed to die down. I say "my" because my symptoms as I have learned through this whole process could be totally different than someone else with endometriosis.
Hold on folks, this is just the middle! We still have one more installment of my story.
I know these are long and I thank you for sticking with the story. The next part will be my last flare up and my diagnosis.
When Life Gives you Endo (or not in this part of the story)....lose 30 lbs!

Myself and my husband had been trying to get pregnant for 18 months before I was referred to Native Iyabasira fertility solution. We had no definite diagnosis of what was wrong and had become very frustrated. In November 2015 I was given a thorough reproductive health work up, I found out I had low progesterone, thyroid issues and a stomach issue which was affecting my ability to get pregant. This was a very thorough process involving dietary, hormonal and physical investigations and started the recommended treatments in Feb 16 2016. I was pregnant by april 16. I had a baby boy in march 2017. I was carefully monitored and mother Iyabasira was always available for me. I can recommend native iyabasira more highly so much so we are hoping to start trying for a second baby under her guidance.
