I just wanted to hop on to let readers to know, on the endo front; so far this summer has been pretty good! (Knock on wood) My last period was little to no pain at all. That was wonderful!
July and August are usually the months where I get really down. I do blame the heat on that one and the fact that Mercury Retrograde tends to rear it's ugly head around this time. I also have had 2 deaths of people who are very important to me happen in Augusts past and I think I am really dreading that this year, again.
I have a couple of posts in the works that I am really excited about:
1. One about pelvic floor physical therapy misconceptions where my AMAZING physical therapist is going to assist me in explaining in medical terms why and how endometriosis patients could ALL really benefit from the process.
2. Then I have recently connected with a young endo sister who is going to help me with my blog and I with her YouTube channel. It is best when we get together and share our stories and life happenings to get the word out.
Also, I have deactivated my Facebook for the time being, I have not missed it, so it may be forever. With that....I am going to need my subscribers to help me get my blog out by sharing it. I am still going to be active on Twitter and Instagram. I may come back and create a FB group for my blog, but for now, I am done with it.
When Life Gives You ENDO....be thankful for the amazing people in your life, ie - my husband and parents...they are the best.
I'm so over summer! It's definitely my least favorite season since moving to Phoenix. Congrats on leaving Facebook! I've thought about doing it, but can't quite pull the plug. I did delete a ton of people/pages and that has made it a better experience.
